Refund and Cancellation Policy

No Refund Policy

All ticket purchases are final.

We do NOT provide refunds except in the cases below.

Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be provided only if:

  • Event is cancelled by organizers

  • Duplicate payment was made

  • Payment error occurred

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • Participant cannot attend

  • Incorrect information provided

  • Change of mind

  • Late arrival or no-show

Event Cancellation

If the event is cancelled by organizers, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
